Please contact our office via phone to inquire about services, current waitlists status or to confirm the receipt of your materials. If we are accepting clients, we will schedule a phone screener and/or add you to the appropriate waitlist. When an opening becomes available, we will call to set up an intake appointment. Paperwork can be returned via the methods listed below and is required before your fist appointment.
